- Requests for voluntary withdraw from spring or fall rec sports must be emailed to [email protected].
- Requests must be received by January 31 (for spring sports) or July 31 (for fall sports). A $25 administrative/processing fee will be deducted for EACH PARTICIPANT withdrawn. Any discounts (family, etc.) will be lost.
- After January 31 or July 31, no refunds will be provided.
- No refunds for summer or spring/fall tournament teams.
- Requests to withdraw due to injury or illness can be requested and reviewed by the board, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In no case will the refund amount exceed 50% of the amount paid.
